    Wicked wet vac is good and so cheap it’s disposable! I hoovered out my cavity wall a few days ago. And often hoover out header tanks full of sludge. I don’t mess around with filters and it’s a beast!

    Yeah there’s an argument for if my boiler self modulates why can we adjust the max kw. And if we do does it actually work since the boiler is self modulating!

    Your water supplier would test it at the boundary stopcock for free. Then you know what you have and what you can have in the house if you throw some money at it. The unvented route would be your best route I feel.
