Thanks chaps that makes sense now, will rip the old garage down keep the timber frame and add to, seal the concrete floor, any guidance on what sealer to use before I add insulation on top. So, this sound right? 1. Prime floor with sealer 2. Add damp proof membrane 3. Add PIR insulation...

Its solid enough, guess I could repaint and maybe clad it on outside then add insulation inside and on concrete floor then finish, could use breather membrane wrap outside first then clad maybe? roof needs some attention but as a shell may build on it as is...take doors off and close that end...

Looks cream to me but hard to see right, to get right mix small sample and compare, thats what I would do since its cosmetic on main hose wall.

The cartridge gun stuff is terrible, you be better mixing a small amount for the job or grab a ready mix bag from wickes...building sand yellow and somthing like 4-1 mix, also you can get dyes to color but should b ok with right mix, dont get red building sand.

hi chaps, bought this chainsaw at lawnmowers.co.uk was great first 25 mins now it wont cut a turd, just makes a mark, oil in only used about a half hour in total, blade off on again tension checked, battery charged....emailed their support but wanted to ask anyone else had this, I am quicker...

Yea could fit a wedge to square off...post next to angle pist on left will be cut under so just the one with wedge to tie into middle right post. Maybe thats a workaround...
