hi, on that work i personally use a panel saw with as little teeth per inch as possible for the two verticle cuts, but stop about 20mm from your corners then finish with a jigsaw fitted with a downcutter blade tom

hi, i bought some carpenters pencils a while ago,sharpened them proprely and had a loveley point on them, it snaped with a tiny amoung of pressure if you do get any get extra hard ones, i just use normal pencils, 2H are nice and hard yet dont score the wood :) tom

hi again ziggy, at work if we need to use thick ply we just glue two sheets together but only one side is the face side, so we screw two sheets which helps hold the sheets while the glue sets, it should be fine as long as it is clamped well, ive never seen any ply thicker than 25 mm either, so...
