    When I run out of Roundup I have used 'grotbuster' thick bleach. Just blob a generous dollop onto the centre of the plant and it will die. One advantage is that it is very accurate to deliver, but I do love my Roundup.

    I don't understand the question. The incident was widely reported at the time. The silence was observed in the crowd but the anti-poppy lot sang loudly outside the ground. The silence on Sunday was impeccably observed by both sets of supporters.
