we have entered a jr into the costs as alot as come out about enforcement and solicitors are confident we will get our costs plus costs back, atb mark

no because the council put an enforcement order on it when the planning application was refused,where now putting in for 6 more new build lets as the inspectore seemed quiet clear on the scope of the site,

i would look at it like this, how much will it cost to take it down and rebuild it, how much will it cost to figt it in court though its a simple win and theres no gentlemans agreement that they could of built it so many inches over, i lost in court a lot of money as a neighbour said i...

not an issue now for building control or planning, but iam sure this 8 inch will cost you a lot of money if you seek legal representation, your best bet is sit down with your neighbour and try to come to some amnicable agreement or compensation

oh sorry to say i cover over 22000 acres and do the pest control out most nights and at this time of yr to busy to argue as iam controlling foxes and problem deers
