I found out my electrician was not NICEIC registered??

well done for checking his shoddy work by employing someone competent. have you printed off a copy of his website showing the claim of NIC registration if you haven't do so asap as he could change it at any time. and that would lose you the impact at court.

    Can this be repaired?

firstly it was manufactured with just the one hole and 2 lugs at the rear that the u clip fits into these are pop rivetted in, so theres your answer just pop rivet the 2 extra holes with sealed rivets, the boiler is fanned so POC's are drawn into the fan and then the air is mixed with the gas at...

"Kitchen" - more Part P silliness?

not so as it would fall under the "bathroom" classification as it has water outlets. so therefore would still be classed as a special location.

I need a nee gas valve urgently

no they usually tell the customer that the part isn't available! despite the said item being readily available! in this case though i doubt anyone has a new valve of that type. as i said there is nearly always a different valve available that can be used.

    New combi

21litres a minute divided by 2 = 10.5 litres per shower, not a fantastic flowrate for a shower, but may be ok. doubt it would support a rainwater type head though.
