Dont worry, safety is paramount. I did mean buy official part. I just didnt know if this would work. When you say 3.2mm, I assume that means 1 x 3, 2 x 0.1mm? I did lower speed yes, have only tried one test pass, however without switch (not arrived yet) its to dangerous. Shimmed? Im having...

    its a wheel shame!

I wish I had of done that, good plan. It was from 1/2' Trend cutter set from SF. 6.3mm, it did sound strange, I have heard you can learn from that! All good practice, I think I pushed to hard tbh. I did rip oak board after to make my door sample leaving about 2mm, then tried bottom guided...

    Shaker doors

No, I was planning on using stock they have as I hoped the size would be fine, and in 5m lengths the most economical. They come in 94mm, 21mm, 5m. So I wanted to use chop saw to cut to length, and tounge n groove on router table. hoping it would be efficient as lots of work with little time.

    router table

yea, this one from trend. I get ya, if i measure it right it may help stop stock rising, or should i give a little clearence. Actually it will snag the cutter if that low i guess. And safety first, I hear that. Thats a great app you use fordrawing, or program on pc? Have been on...
