    Damp Concrete Floor

    Aquaseal is quite good, and has fibre strands in it, Liquid Rubber is better as it is water based and can be spread on damp surfaces. BUT the damp is coming from somewhere and need stopping, concrete will eventially fail. :?

    liquid Rubber is easier and faster, but I agree that some more struts would be good. Polycarb roof would look nice too if the roof is not designed for shade. If wood to be replaced, underside will need treating too.

    its the damp coming from behind, as most paints (even exterior ones) are solvent based and create a seal, not allowing moisture thru' so will continue to blow render off. render is of course concrete which is also none breathable. Try and find some lime render, pre-coloured and breathable.
