70's. Wiring not sure but most has been replaced in the last 10 years.

As plasterers, do you generally mind if spotlight holes have been cut into a new ceiling and lights left dangling before you plaster it? Or even just the holes cut if wires are left tucked up inside ready for lights?

Yes will get rid of the other wall light and will eventually install spot lights.

Yes, l want to do away with the light as in the picture and extend the wire up the wall and connect to a run of 4 spotlights. Is quite a high ceiling and the current light fitting is about 800mm below the ceiling.
