    It depends on how seriously people take asbestos, but I would be wary for a house that age, especially if it’s getting work done. It surely won’t harm to get a surveyor in and sample a few suspect materials?

    Any house built before 2000, can potentially contain it. I would put money on a 1970s house having asbestos artex at the very least

    Hi, I recently got my car serviced and mot at a local main dealer. The heat shield was loose and the mot tester came out and said he would tighten it up. I passed the test, however I was less than impressed to be charged £15 for it being tightened up, I would understand if they put new ones on...

    The mobile speed cameras around where I live, look like British Gas vans. The most effective speed control measures, are to install your speed is signs and you get a green smiley face if you stick to the limit, seems to do the job.

    There could be many reasons why people could be fat, or obese, we shouldn’t judge them, but generally most obsese people complain they are fat, while they are scoffing cake. I heard that some doctors, are subscribing park runs, and free gym sessions and even walks.

    Hi everyone, I have seen an article on the news about asbestos crisis in schools, and over 700 schools have been reported to the HSE about it. Seems quite worrying for teachers, school staff, and present and former pupils. Has anyone got concerns about this?
