How many rads you got at the mo? I fitted an 18ri not long ago in a fairly big house with 17 rads and she is running just fine !!

Im liking the look of the electromax but need to find out if there is room for em in these flats !!

the top 1 in seco's pics wont need but the second with need about 12 wraps of PTFE on the thread,,,,, I always put a bit of jet blue paste on the olive .

I find it easy enough to use the 1ns off the old tank .

There is only 1 method as far as I know and thats to flush the primary pipes 1st with all rads turned off then put 1 rad on and get an even heat then turn off and do next rad,, keep on like this till all rads have been flushed then open all rads and flush till all are an even heat.. Thats...

Interesting coz Amptec is what PTS suggested :? How many rads can a 12kw handle ?? Ok this is for 10 new build flats so its the lot , heating , water, bathrooms etc , ,, Next question is hot water supply,,, they aint got room for cylinders but I don't know of an instant hot water...

Ok any body had any experience with Electric Boilers ?? Im off to look at a site which cant have gas and it looks like they want electric systems in each flat!!
