The diaphragm inside the float valve has failed, look for a name on the valve, or take a picture and post here. Al

Personally, If you can shut off the supply in the street, then replace the stopcock for a nice new working one. You could try backing off the packing gland, see if it free's up the spindle. Al

I would compare both flowrates, if neccessary restrict the higher with a valve. I think the kitchen sink tap you plan might not look great, would it be possible to fit wall mounted controls with spout coming from the wall ?. Al

I use solvent weld right round the strap, some dont go right round with a screw to hold together.

I'm getting 0 mbar for dynamic working pressure. I'm getting approx 21 mbar at pilot. I'm getting 230 to pilot soilenoid, then 230 to burner solenoid. I think the gas valve is fooked, unless blockage is likely ?. Any comments guys. ? Al
