Have you got the sensing tubes the correct way around ? Have you any mixer taps or a mixer shower if so check that any of these items are not "mixing hot and cold supplies" when they should not be ie when turned off,if you can isolate any to prove it would be helpfull

The return filter is probably blocked its on the return iso valve.3/4" with 1/2" blank or your filling loop on the end.

What is the symptom on DHW demand ?

If the con pipe was frozen it would light work then go to fault

On fitting the new pcb it will require reseting i have known this to take upto 20 seconds or so and a couple of attemts. In fact there is usually an instruction in the box........

There is far to much confusion on this thread,i would suggest you get a competent engineer to repair your boiler as the "plumber " you have employed does not know what he is doing. If you call Heateam They will have your boiler up and running within 30 minutes.

Has tha aps been changed ? What is the dynamic working presure/ what is the burner pressure ? Is the polarity correct ?

Why don"t you just re-presurise it ?

Does it fire if you remove the white wire from the condensate trap.Lots of other reasons for your fault but this one is a start.

Air Pressure Tube split/loose/fell off at fan venturi.All rgi stuff though.

These gas valves are not "set up " out of the box,i have lost count of the amount i have been to where the "engineer " has hung the valve on seen the burner light and left. The valve requires its burner pressure setting to m.i requirement aswell as rating the boiler and all other gas safe...

No its an negative temperature coefficiancy stat,However as it is late you could swap the connectors dhw to ch .....ch to dhw to prove it.

I would find someone who has a good command of spelling and can identify the the model of your boiler if you require advise.
