As i was taking the photo i tripped it , thats why the red light is on :D , and the 2nd one is completely dead :? Any ideas what model they are? Cheers MadMan

As you reconnected the red wire, probably the bell hold , you will have restored power that the bell box needs to keep quiet, and you will have popped a fuse within the panel, open up the front of the main 9448 panel , remove mains first ,locate the fuses and replaced the popped one with a 1 amp...

Ladder job, there is an engineers trick to stop this , but i couldn't give that out as it could compromise the working off an alarm and SAB and also be unprofessional.

Have you checked the wiring for continuity , nicks , and shorts? and or closed the tamper loop and wired correctly?
