I had a 24ri and paid Worcester Bosch a one off fee of about £300 to fix my boiler last year, they replaced the heat exchanger and a few other parts for no extra charge.

wow thanks for all the replys guys, i dont know if it makes much difference but the size of the missing celing is about 4ft x 3.5ft. Ive had 3 guys round sofar two say to pull the whole lot down, the other said to pull the old palster down & board over the original lathes. None mentioned...

Part of my back room celing has come down due to a water leak, what is the best option to rapair this, pull the whole lot down or just the palsterboard over the old lathes. The room is about 15x13ft what sort of cost would i be looking @ thanks.

Hi yes thats the one ive been bleeding hot steam out of for a few hrs, the boiler runs then turns itself off i bleed air/steam out until i get water then turn the boiler back on again
