Long time since I’ve had to look an accent a bit from memories... connect keypad back up....open up main panel... enter code to silence.
There should be a volume pot on the main PCB that you can adjust?
Once done close main panel lid then press reset on the keypad.

Plus there should be a 3amp in switched fused spur installed so you can turn the supply off to the alarm panel safely.
I have never wired of a light supply.
So when you switch the light on the power to the alarm panel goes off?
Power for the panel has been taken of the switch and wired wrong.
I would suggest you need an engineer/sparky to have a look at this.

Before I paint the kitchen I have 2 problems with the ceiling and wall.
The shower upstairs leaked through and the wee side bit of plastered wall has come away.

Night setting would be a part set so the upstairs landing PIR would be off. When you come downstairs the Hall PIR will be on entry exit and give you time to switch off.

Another way to do it so the cameras are lower is to run the cable behind the drainage down pipes to your preferred level.
The cable still has to be protected so usually 16mm oval trunking then fix drainage back up covering the trunking.
