Ok. surprisingly after couple of reboots (power off/on) its back to its good behaviour! Not sure how it worked. I think its clear issue starts when power is off. after restart it stopped working, this time too it started working later....No idea why/how.....

PCB units are OK, no water anywhere..But remember only change was power was down for 2 days. previously as well when power off for couple of minutes it failed come back to live... Power supply at unit..? Its 230V not sure what power supply to check..? in PCB..? how could that change suddenly...

My garage & stable blocks seen better years, now time for replacing roof of both. Currently both got have shed roofing felt nearing its life span. Not keen to replace with another set, Is there any other better options..? Or continuing with those are better..? Thanks.

This one is sorted , but now another small issue. Since I opened overflow pipe from flush cistern while fixing the Pan connector, now that joint is leaking. I put similar washer at both inside and outside and applied some solvent cement on both. Hope this fix it.. If it still leaks I am...
