Hi I was putting my step back on Renault traffic van when one of the 4 bolts snapped off inside the threads there's about 8mm of the bolt stuck also it's about 2mm below surface, bought the new 35mm m10 bolts from bq as old bolts where too rusty but new bolt snapped like a twig, what's the best...

don't really want to go down the power coat line but my roofrack needs a tidy up, is there any paint that will resist flaking and chipping up to a point obviously, my roofrack been welded back up but looks bad as it's started to rust , I know there's plastikote type but not sure it's any good

See what you mean, I was just guna put a splitter on working cable n feed it to non working one. But not sure as you mentioned coukd be too much for cable

Only fuse I've found for lights is in engine bay area next to battery, all seem ok from checking, when I get chance il clean terminal up on bulb connection n see if that works, looked in book but only mentions one fuse for lighting, it's a 55 plate 1.9 cdi vectra

Tried cleaning connection .didnt work ,also checked and there is no power at the bulb connection so looks like a broken cable some where ...will it be ok to take a feed from the working main beam to power the one that's. It working ,will the cable be ok to take this too ...cheers

Hi yes there's a warning on dash ,but the bulb I replaced didn't look blown

Yes all other bulbs are on just that one bulb doesn't light up ..if I can't find what wrong it .would it be possible to wire off another lighting wire ,say one of the smaller bulbs or the other main bulb that works in the other light ..cheers

Ok thanks will check tomoz ,if there is no 12v power at the bulb end will that proberly mean it's wiring problem

It's only got one wire going to the connector.its the middle bulb,there's a smaller bulb above and below
