Trend worktop jig ruined, can it be repaired?

I've just done a silly thing and ruined my Trend KWJ900 jig, the router somehow slipped out due to the other side of the jig in fresh air and I've gouged a 160mm long section about 3mm deep. Can these be repaired? I thought of using some kind of woodfiller but I doubt the jig would...

silicon sealant turning black in shower cubicle

Dow Corning 785 or Mapei, don't buy Unibond it goes jet black unpon contact with water/soap. Customers should always be adviced to wipe down the grout and silicone after a shower though as all silicone will eventually go black.

    Is this Hilti an SDS?

My power tool addiction keeps me trawling ebay for hidden gems but don't want it if its nicked. Hilti have a lifetime garantee but not if the serial number is logged as stolen.

    multi tool

Lol Woody, although yes I suppose I am. All I know is I bought the green Bosch and was very happy with it until it failed me when I most needed it with the stop/start problem and then cut out altogether, I sent it to Bosch and they did send a replacement but in the meantime I needed a...

    4.25 inch core cutter

Anything Silverline is cheap Chinese rubbish, nothing more than a £20 paperweight for a tradesman. It may cut a hole for you though before wearing out, whatever drill you use it has to be powerful and most importantly have a clutch. You need to buy an arbour and pilot drill as well or you...

    SDS...how did I live without?

What SDS drill did you go for virgilns? A Bosch I hope. Bosch invented SDS in the '70's and everything else is a copy. SDS are fantastic, couldn't live without mine. Those impact drivers are great, was using mine today screwing a sub floor down. Moisey though.

    What router

I've got that Erbuar £100 router from Screwfix. I'm annoyed with buying it as its diy disposable tat but it seems fustratingly solid and will be a long time before I wear it out so I can get a Makita.
