    Copper pipes in solid wall

Thats what I did and have had no problems. Like you say as long as nothing corrosive ie:plaster comes into contact with the pipes, I presume you're using copper, you should be fine.

    two vent pipes

maybe but the pipe goes vertical to the cold water loft tank and is bent downwards and directed into the cold tank and before the bend sits the valve. One thought I had it might be used to aid filling hot water tank and once filled the valve is closed.

    two vent pipes

My old HW copper cylinder tank has 2 vent pipes coming from the HW supply pipe, one is in 22mm and the other in 15mm with a service valve at the top which is in the shut position. What is this 15mm vent pipe for and do I need it.

    28mm hot water cylinder feed

28mm it is then as at some point 2 showers will be supplied. All plumbers merchants and b&q near me are very expensive so do most of my shopping online usually with screwfix and sometimes toolstation when they do what I want as a single item.

    28mm hot water cylinder feed

In the process of fitting new 140ltr hot water cylinder and 50 gallon cold storage tank. The reason I'm doing this is to provide ample hot water for my thermostatic power shower via a 1.5bar pump. The pump instructions say ideally a 28mm cold feed pipe to the hot water cylinder should be used...

    Bathroom circuit

ban all sheds You know what I meant we're not talking about lighting circuits are we  So ok I will re-phrase that all of the 13a sockets apart from the kitchen are 4mm, I don't know why but they are. I'm afraid you are wrong I did read on here to run radial circuits in...

    Bathroom circuit

All of the radial circuits in my house are 4mm and I read on here that radial circuits should be 4mm, are you saying 2.5mm would have been ok for this small circuit.

    Bathroom circuit

Going to be fitting a ventilation fan and a mirror with led lights and demister pad. I have already run a 4mm radial circuit back to rcd side (16 amp mcb) of the split load consumer unit for the shower pump via a 5amp fcu, is it ok to spur off the fcu for the mirror and fan using their own 5amp...

    Second thermostatic shower.

Thinking of adding a second thermostatic shower as the instructions that came with 1.5bar pump said it can run 2 showers. The run to the second shower will be 10m what size pipe should I use for this length of run, the instructions that came with pump don't say anything.

    loft and cylinder tank size

Is there a mathmatical way of working this out, don't like wasting a full tank of hot water plus I'm on a water meter.

    loft and cylinder tank size

Would like to upgrade to pressurised hot water cylinder but I already have a 1.5 bar shower pump fitted which can't be used with mains pressure. Plus it would cost £620 for a 180ltr PHW against £270 (screwfix prices) to replace copper cylinder and loft tank. Now I have a dilema can anyone...
