    Laying Lawn Edger Blocks

When I mix concrete I use a strong mix of 2 part river sand 2 part 10mm pea gravel 1 part cement and just add a little water and it should be a good stiff mix. joint it up in between the blocks and also lay the blocks on mortar that is 4 parts building sand 1 part cement.

When I go in a loft and see junction boxes I love it because all the wire been wasted. I'll just wire up the lights without them and take all your wire.

What junction box/enclosure to use in home?

It's pointless and why would anyone want to do this. It's not just adding unnecessary work but what purpose would it give you?

    Loft conversion - boundary query

If you mean they have re felted their roof and have covered the join between your new felt and their new felt then I don't see a problem with that. when you had your loft done the builders would of had to mess with their roof to re roof your roof.

House Rewire and new consumer unit

The OP doesn't care about planning laws or building regs too. http://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/fit-a-window-which-is-smaller-than-the-frame.414230/ I feel sorry for the poor person that owns the house after Bruce moves on.

My advice would be to post this in the decorating forum on this site. If that was my wall I would strip at back to plaster.

You also need to unwire it and send the T&E into the back of it or you will not be able to screw the cover back on. http://www.ukelectricalsupplies.com/images/prod-1170-250-250.jpg
