    I thought it had been answered thats why lol As far as im aware, we have no special dispensation for this particular part which supplies plaque heaters mostly and the odd boiler which have their own governors at aboit 20 mb i assume.

    they can retract when using them resulting in your hand slipping the blade can rotate and come through the case resulting in a deep cut on your first finger fixed blade ones are much safer

    when i blew my supply fuse, they came and fitted a bigger one and commented that i now had an extra 70 amps to play with. I asked the DNO on the phone and they said I have a 100 amp supply and can use 100 amps.

    wouldnt logic suggest a 2a fuse? The iec cables are rated at 10a, hence the 10a fuses. if a fuse goes internally, its usually game over for the appliance anyway these days, just changing the fuse isnt likely to work, components probably need swapping too
