    Possibly your guides are wearing out. Check the bolt/nut holding the arms together are tight and not allowing any rocking movement. Hillmore are a good make so I doubt one of the arms has been bent which happens to cheap units. Pete

    They are really awkward to connect to a floor soil pipe. The only way we get around it is to use an elbow multikwick connector which has an extendable section. Attach it to the pan outlet first and then insert the other end with the pan away from the wall then push the pan back to the wall. Pete
