    When you turn the water off do you drain the tank by leaving taps open? If so it's air in the tank because of that. Nothing to worry about

    Is this when you use Hotwater? If so check it does it from another tap if it doesn't it's your washer in your tap If it does have you got a vessel on the cold water incoming? This can help this issue.

    Unvented if water flows and pressures are correct. The offset cost of the installation if anything will take awhile to make any real saving by that point gas prices will be silly high and nobody will save anything.. So I wouldn't worry about it.

    . That H20 has always been a by product in flue gases, except in standard effiecincy boilers they don't have the chance to cool enough to condense and produce water. H20 is still in se boilers as it helps to rot the flues :) it doesn't disappear it's just in a vapor form
