    What system do you have, combi, open vent, sealed etc...Boiler make and model, and when was it last serviced? Do you know if you have inhibitor in your system?

    If laying vinyl over the top be careful, you may want to use a self levelling compound first as over time the pattern of the tiles may come back through the vinyl.
