It can be vented outsude but wouldnt be cost effective its a 200 year old property and the roof isnt in the best condition and to get to access to the gable end I would need a cherry picker or something similar

Are there any kits on the market that can be used with an extractor fan to catch condensation then dispose of it into a waste pipe. Heres the scenario, Extractor needed in a shower room but there is no practical way of venting to outside other than just leaving the ducting open in the loft...

If it was an existing installation to a domestic property but addition of a new circuit was being added would the maximum demand that they are asking for in the certificate still be that of the complete installation or just the maximum demand of the new circuit that has been added?
