    Shower Problem?

You are syphoning the shower and that causes the soft/perished lining inside the hose to collapse.

    Low HW pressure

Whats the difference in height between the taps and the cylinder? No change from previous? Additional elbows, bends and fittings may be reducing the flow. Check valves or small bore isolating valves will also reduce the flow.

    Boiler noise, help needed

Removing the plug from the front of the pump will introduce more air than the filling tap, so thats hardly an issue. The fact is, it can be. Im well aware of the physics of it all.

    Boiler noise, help needed

'More often than not' If someone is topping up their boiler 0.2 of a bar, it will have an impact, more often than not. Granted, the air that has flown through a full bore valve will also remain in the system and dissolve into the system, but do you have a point Mr Beverley?

    Boiler noise, help needed

The filling loop has air in it..... (Loop) Not his integral link) the boiler comes with air in it, the pipe/tube, rads all have air in them. That is bled out when the system is filled. The OP is not talking about having trapped air. I stated 'introducing air' to a filled system.

So do radiators, unless yours come pre-filled. That is the air you bleed out of the system. The boiler comes with air in it.

    Boiler noise, help needed

My kitchen tap has a 3/4 inch rubber washer at the end of a 14 inch spout, where the bubbles turn to atmosphere in the spout, which is rather different to the 6mm brass cone at the end of the OP's filling tap on his boiler, but when he gets home from work, he can check that.

    Boiler noise, help needed

They dont intentionally, but cracking the tap open 'Just' forces the water through at pressure and creates bubbles; the bubbles that fish would breathe. Not that there would be fish in his boiler. Ever filled a glass of cloudy water, only for it to settle clear? Bubbles.

Carbon dioxide is added and held at a higher pressure than the liquid. Take the top off....the gas escapes. Water and oxygen being at the same pressure are equal until forced. Henrys Law. No?

    Newly Grouted Shower Tray Leak

Unibond floor grout? For floors? Floor grout slumps, and it has probably slumped on the horizontal joints, leaving very little grout at the top edge of the horizontal. IMO id rake it out and use Unibond Wall Tile Grout, instead of floor tile grout, and silicone as asked/intimated.

    Boiler noise, help needed

Topping the boiler up 0.2 bar, by only just cracking open the filling tap, more often than not, just fills it with aerated water and can sometimes add to a problem of trapped air. Your filling loop is integral and shouldnt be discharging.

    Boiler noise, help needed

Check that the pump is turning. Unscrew the plug from the front of the pump and check that it rotates when the boiler is heating your water. Not sure why you would have topped the boiler up if it was at 1.3 bar, but are you sure you didnt turn a blue cap on the pressure relief valve?
