any idea how to fix it.I havent looked in the header tank is it just a question of bending a ballcock or something to reduce water level.I havent got much spare cash at moment

Hi looking for some advice.Recently moved into a bungalow .Its got a ideal mexico floor mounted bolier with tank in airing cupboard and little tank in loft.When the heating is started the overflow pipe from the small header tank in loft drips for about 20 mins.Is this normal is it condensation...

just moved into a bungalow and the sofits have been replaced with pvc ones a few years ago, they are in good condition but there are no vents in them to ventilate the roof space.I cant see any condensation in loft. Should I just leave it alone or would it be wise to get some of those round...

I just assumed thats about what it would be if you can get hold of a plumber who would be even interested in coming to give a quote.Because i know one of the ten commandments on here is not to ask how much something would cost :roll:
