Cement floor is 4weeks old and plastering was finished 8 days ago. All condensation is on the inside of double glazed windows and roof, not on the frames or cills.

My hot water tap top has just started to just go round and round without turning the water on/off, it seems as if it is loose. How can I tighten the top up, it all worked fine this morning. Thanks for any help.

I have just moved into a new home [not newly built] and the tape between ceiling and plaster board-walls is coming unstuck showing horrible cracks etc. What is the easiest way to repair these, the ceiling is artexed. Thanks.

Have just looked in Consumer Unit and I have one 32Amp Circuit Breaker which is feeding the existing Oven, will this therefore be OK to supply both Hob and Double Oven? Would the each need some form of isolating Switch?
