Dirty Tarmac.

I have a tarmac drive that is covered with dust and concrete dust from a job that a local builder did recently.
I have jet washed the are but it still looks dirty, any suggestions to get over this?
Is bitumen paint a possibility, if so what would you suggest?

You can wet, scrub in washing powder and wash again.
