Tarmac drive stained by dust?

Hi, We had a drive put down then a few weeks later had to had something done to the wall next to it, although covered, dust from cutting bricks etc has marked the tarmac and stained - it cannot be jetwashed off.
Any tips or advise or is this on it forever?

Hot weather, anything will stick to it, tarmac is not a pretty road finish. During cold weather dust etc will be washed off by rain and become a more uniform dull grey.
