How could you tee off after its fed the boiler? Where would you be teeing off from?

Did you ever ask if there would be an extra cost for work not detailed on your original quote or did you assume it would be free?

I think you're talking about just the small nipple bit that you put the vent key on. You will probably need to change the whole vent. A picture would help.

Fitting a non condensing boiler will make no difference to the flueing. Why can't you fit a condensing boiler?
