Is the 'rivet' head some sort of cover you can pop off to get to screw head?

Definately use the timesaver one. Anything else will leak. They're not cheap but they will last forever if installed correctly. Use a 64mm Holesaw for cutting the SVP. Will probably take an hour or so to cut using a good quality high speed drill. And use plenty of cutting oil or WD40.

£17000 is extremely cheap. I would be worried that whoever priced this is out of their depth and will realize halfway through the job they are going to make no money. From the vague info you give, I would expect to be paying more like £25-30k.

Thanks Jack, but I'm doing a contract where the specification requires the tags to be embossed. I know you can order embossed ones online but would make my life a lot easier if I could just print them there and then. Cost isn't really too much of an issue as I can price it onto the jobs.

Bit of a boring one guys. I need to get some sort of portable device for printing off solid plastic valve tags on site. Ideally a circular tag with a hole at the top for a chain, wording embossed into the plastic. Any recommendations/ideas where I might get hold of one?
