Hi all, I've had some flush windows fitted and asked for window restrictors to be fitted. The windows have been fitted with no restrictors. The windows company have said they can fit restrictors but will have to change the hung type on the window so it will no longer fully open to clean...

I not long have a light in the wiring, (wife wanted a separate switch in the wall so the fan didn't come on with the light) I've checked further down the wiring and the attached is the wiring (4 wires) Do we still think the yellow/green wire is the perminent live?
