Ok thanks so when getting my wood cut if I allow say 10mm more to allow for the angles? I will more than likely be doing 45 degrees for the most part but others when the occasion calls. Thanks James

Thanks I will give them a go. I was thinking if there is an estimate that people use when using angles as it would be worth knowing. If I tested a cut at 45 degrees would this then be the same as a 30 degree cut for the width of cut or would I need to test for each angle I do? Thanks James

I'm not sure how you mean? If you mean have it in the middle and the rivet going through one piece the joining plate and through the last piece would this not still leave the unfinished edge of a pop rivet? Or am I misunderstanding you? Thanks James

Yes that's correct they are indeed and I am in the process of doing this currently I just need advice on the spacer so I can fit the socket.

The problem is that the back boxes are too shallow. The cables are also the wrong colour for what they do but that's another job for another day. I have attached a picture of the socket below.
