Have you tried acrypol. I find it pretty good for repairing old guttering.

In an ideal world you would replace the plasterboard with cement board. the black marks below the bath line indicate the seal between the bath and wall has broken down. the plasterboard may look ok but may well be rotten, and a new bath might not stick well to rotten plasterboard. If you decide...

I tried them a while back and I have to say they're not as good as they look on some on the youtube clips that i've seen. They force you to change your tiling technique. I've been told they work well on very large format tiles.

I've drilled many core holes with an sds. But the clutch wears thin pretty quickly. I wouldn't ruin a good sds on such jobs.

It's basically an old industrial building 100m2 , it's been felted, then painted with silver stuff, it's had years of repairs with various products, most of the felt is in good condition, but...

We have a flat concrete and steel roof that has a felt covering which has failed. the question is ,would flooding the area with an acrypol type product be a legitimate way of sealing the roof? Cheers Iaith.
