I was at B&Q today, and I saw some mosaic tiles there £500 per pack or £1062 m2. These have to be the most expensive tiles I've ever seen. I wondered if anyone's seen tiles that are more expensive?

Boys!! £200 for 2 rooms is outrageously cheap. Your not doing yourselfs any favours by working that cheap .

I bought a core drill today, Sparkie BUR2 350E from screwfix. It seems pretty good, time will tell how good it really is. I didn't have time to shop around. In this link they talk about Pearles and Sparkie

Who needs customers like that? I've done work for people like that, and they'll have you jumping through hoops and will treat you like sh*t. I think your your price is pretty good. Steer well clear of people like that, and if he calls back , tell him your busy, or,up the price. good luck

am-tec and jak are another two, It wouldn't supprise me if they were all made in the same factory. although I have to say , of the silverline tools I own I've found them ok.

This is where me and professional tilers disagree. on wall tiles I use a grout float and hawk to get the grout right into the gaps, once things are starting to dry I use my finger to clean the excess out of the gaps, then when things are dryer I use the palm of my hand to remove the grout from...
