    I was at B&Q today, and I saw some mosaic tiles there £500 per pack or £1062 m2. These have to be the most expensive tiles I've ever seen. I wondered if anyone's seen tiles that are more expensive?

    Who needs customers like that? I've done work for people like that, and they'll have you jumping through hoops and will treat you like sh*t. I think your your price is pretty good. Steer well clear of people like that, and if he calls back , tell him your busy, or,up the price. good luck

    Thanks John/Clout.for your replies. I went to see the job and it wasn't quite what I expected. Even though it was an old listed building ,the internal plaster was pretty new. They had a leak in the roof which caused some of the plaster to come off ,also the plasterboard covering a wooden lintel...
