My other half wanted a couple of her lamps to look brighter , they have 60w candle lamps as stated as the max to be used on these lamps. On investigation i found these new effecient lamps that give out 100w of light but they are classed as 18w , my question is can i put these in the lamps rated...

just done three ceilings with a borrowed impact driver , hitatchi it was absolute godsend highly reccomend them

Hi all , i am know looking to board out my loft and at the moment i have vermiculite between the joists , my question is does the boarding which is approx 18mm thick have any insulation value in any way shape or form, because my thoughts are that if you board over approx 3 " of vamiculite you...

Hello all , can you help , my son just moved from a flat to a house the cooker was working ok in the flat but on wireing up in the house a problem has developed where by its ok with the clock is on but as soon as he trys to use grill or oven / hob it trips out , the wireing is fairly new so on...

I have lawn raked and put on weed and feed , but to my eyes the weed and feed dosent seem to make much difference , i have thought this before , what do you guys and girls think of this stuff anygood or not ! cheers howy

Sorry to give doom and gloom , but i had a bahama and it played up constanly all at the wrong times , it cost me an arm and a leg to keep it running , a new boiler was the only way i could get peace :(
