Hi this is normal, when pump kicks in pressure guage will drop slightly then as system heats up pressure guage will rise with expansion

The anti cycle will only work if the return temp does not drop much in the 3 mins , if temp does drop it will keep cycling i have had this and spoke to them about it they say thats the design . this might be no use if your house is cold could be a flow problem ,or a sensor. regards paul

HI very difficult with a primatic, only way is to drain down and disconect pipework from primatic cylinder . then system could then be powerflushed , then thoroughly flushed with clean water but deffinately no inhibitor could be added . then the primatic cylinder could be re connected .
