Matt, if you are 100% sure that the window sensor is the only device on that zone and the cabling is not visably damaged in anyway it is probably the window sensor and you should just change it

you told to omit the zone 1st tho ... :-) so you started it. i suppose to really prove it is the window sensor the cable should be linked at the actual sensor as this will also prove the cable is not damaged

if you are confident enough, open the panel and put a link of wire accross the zone that keeps going off. try it for a while and it will prove its the external wiring and not a faulty panel.

get a connector block and put the two reds in it then then black and the blackwith red are your live & neutral

after listening to everything i think this is a water pressure problem. if you got up early on a sunday morning i bet it would work at the time it doesnt during the week. set your alarm on sunday and try it.
