How did you reload Windows? Did you format the drive, or do a repair.
The problem you might have now, is that you have written new information to the disk. It's likely that you will have overwritten all or part of the data, in which case, recovery will be a waste of time.
There is plenty of software available, and a Google for data recovery software will reveal them. I doubt you will find a free version that will actually do something.
Ontrack Easy Recovery Pro is pretty good, but not cheap. Plenty of rogue versions available, if you do some digging, and are into that kind of thing.
