Knocked d0 down to 15 and no difference, boiler fires up stays on for a few mins then goes into overrun. Wondering whether it’s pump related or poss diverter valve?

Just got home and checked d0 settings, it’s at 30....should it be at max?

ahhh and that’s causing the leak? on the airlock question do I just need to make sure the pump aav is loosened a little to allow system air to escape properly? I’ve bled all the rads ready

Thanks @ianmcd - would that be causing the dribble? So definitely no more valves or anything like the 10bar dhw valve? the PRV was pretty cruded up so glad I replaced. will get the heatx off and see if it can be cleaned or flushed if not will go new. the airlock - how should I clear that...

Sorry for all the questions at once! strangely with the boiler off and the cold mains valve shut I still get some water coming when hot tap is on, but I can only assume that’s due to mixer taps, rather than something passing... appreciate all your help @ianmcd, hopefully I’m almost there to...

Thanks @ianmcd with the pressure rising overnight after charging the EV, is that down to the PRV again or is there something else I need to be considering? Cold water pressure here is quite high so maybe I need to down mains pressure down?

think I have the PRV today? Should I drain like you showed me other night? also my boiler has a small 1litre expansion vessel underneath the main one - does this need pressurising as well?

Morning @ianmcd left boiler with cold feed on overnight and the pressure on the control unit gauge has risen out of the “green”. Is this all attributed to the PRV still or should I be looking at another valve to change same time as the PRV? PRV is on order

So the blue dhw wouldn’t be passing also? I’ll order and replace the grey

now I’m confused there are two PRV. One ch and one dhw. Which one do I need based on fact it overflowing and there’s no ch demand switched on?! assume dhw is blue cap, ch grey cap

is the procedure similar to drain the boiler like I did for the PV and then just replace the unit? Assume it’s just this I need?

Thanks Ian. So I’ve drained the expansion vessel, must have been 8litres in there, repressurised to 1bar and filled the cold loop to 1.5bar on the control unit gauge. Boiler back on and ran the hot tap. Pressure looks stable so far holding in the green at 1.5bar. overflow pipe outside is still...
