    What to do?

Ah, didn't realise you could risk that with clothes drying. How do you feather the filler?

    What to do?

Yes it's apparent in other places to. Not sure if there was silk underneath but it's a possibility (I didn't decorate the house). When I peel it off it takes the surface back to board. Do I have to strip the whole wall - if so how the hell do I do that without having a massive task?

What do I do to rectify this mess and also, what causes it to happen in the first place? Many thanks, Dan

    Mind the gap!?

More importantly, what are opinions on the below; the issue being the non matching of tile size, meaning I'll have a large grout line to compensate. Any thoughts on whether I should just lay these with the big gap?

    Cutting an end panel

I'm doing one piece and taking off a third length ways so don't want additional expense. Would consider hiring if it is guaranteed nice cut tho.

    Outside light wiring

so buy the manual override light and wire up perm off (iso) and PIR live, then flick the switch on/off to perm on? sounds best if i take this approach as im a certified numpty with this kind of stuff

    Outside light wiring

Surely i can install a switch which turns the damn light on? i think im just going to get a light without PIR, that would make it very much simpler. :(

    Outside light wiring

can isolate by removing the 13a fuse at socket FCU

    Outside light wiring

I may be totally confused here but can't i have the perm on and off function from the switched FCU? i dont want a wall full of plastic FCU/Switches - i thought i could just have light switch on the wall and flick it on for permanent light and off for PIR only? :?:
