I am fitting a Stuart Turner Monsoon 1.5U. The airing cupboard with the HWC is on the ground floor. The shower is on the first floor but the pipework goes in to the loft within a few feet of the cold water cistern level hence the universal Stu Turner (in case of negative head probs)...

It being the only rad with a TRV won't be a problem then? We don't need to put TRV's on all or none of them do we?

I have a fused spur in the airing cupboard that runs the timing for the immersion but now need to add a shower pump - can i take a fused spur from the spur I does it have to come direct from the ring main ?

I think it's a honeywell one - it looks just like they all do with the metal box on top - from memory (i'm not there now) the switch on the top had 3 positions which appeared to be labelled H - M - W.....

I thought that it sounded unlikely as there is nothing to suggest why this would have happened... no one is owning up to having fiddled with anything but could it be that someone has changed the settings on the 3 way - it has selector switches on the top and the bottom?
