Whats better to use on newly skimmed walls? Dulux trade emulsion or Wickes Trade emulsion? I'm not sure on which to get because I couldn't find the Dulux in my local B&Q. I'm going to use this as a base first before I apply a coloured kitchen and bathroom paint.

Is there any difference Dulux trade emulsion and the normal matt emulsion? My local B&Q doesn't stock the trade stuff so I was just curious why it comes so highly recommended? :?

Hi, the fridge came with a length of 1/4" plastic piping and a metal tap connector. The connector goes to wherever the tap will be installed. The pipe then fits this, and connects to the back of the fridge via the water filter.

How long should I wait until painting my kitchen walls which have just been skimmed with a single layer of finishing plaster? Also can I use any paint to go over the sealing paint, or does it have to be special Kitchen paint?

Hi, just wanted to ask how difficult it was to refit a newly laid carpet if I wanted to run a length of speaker cable under it? I know of these carpet knee hitting tools but not sure if I can do this myself of I should get a pro in?
