    hi all. the flue goes into the chimney stack. so cant take photo . all the pipe work to the rads is in 15mm . does it look like the whole system needs repiping? is there any good web sites i can look at for this info be fore i get a plumber out.

    would any body be able to shed some light on my boiler problem? it is a prima 60 c with 10 rads running off it. the boiler makes a kettling and banging sound constenly when it is on. is it pipe work fault or is boiler knackered. please check out my pics of the system, if ya can find any faults...

    hi the boiler has nomt got any av in it they are on the system up stairs in cylinder cupboard. will have pics to show later. if anyone can help. the system has had new pump in last 3 months.

    my boiler is a system boiler it is a potterton one not sure on model number. how ever the bolier sounds like it has lots of air in side it. as it makes a kind of banging sound too as well. the system does have two auto air vents on it. any help. could the heat exchanger of gone?

    the pressure gauge? the old system i have is open vent so would not need that if was to just replace the boiler. as not sealed or unvented. also the condesing pipe is it stillok to be normal overflow size? i heard somewhere that now once it goes outside it has to be in 1 1/4 to protect from...

    it is not a back boiler just normal system boiler. not sure weather to go for combi and put in loft or keep cylinder but can you put a system boiler in the loft which will be above the cylinder.? which would be best?

    suspose omly way to fix it would be to find al pipe runs and see if any dodgy pipe work. up stairs not too much of problem but the pipes under the conrete would be.

    all other radiators are fine apart from these two . even before they where on drops. all rads up stairs work fine. would fitting bigger power pump help or would that just cause it to pump over.

    tryed doing that to push the heat round. but not much joy.the flow got hot but return just off cold. with rad s only getting hot half way down. new vlaves have been fitted to allrads still did the same. at real loss with this system.
