its got to be a flow problem, there isnt really any excuse if the system used to work fine berofe this was fitted and also condencing boilers should heat the house up full really really quick, the pump is set to speed 1 is it? if so switch it round to 3, its worth a try

make sure the valve is moving freely before u stick a new head on, if its stiff ull have to replace it, better in the long run

mate your not getting it, if the hole at the bottom bolcks the water cant get into the cylinder then you will still have awefull hot water, it dont just have to block the hole at the top, also if when u 1st switch it on the water is ok for a few secs???????? that would also suddgest a...

right your not really doing an easy task to explain, if you look on the bk of the old and new programmer there should be a diagramme, it will say live netural common on etc, the easy way would be to check the diagramme of the old clock, find the colour of the wire which goes to common on the old...

if the boiler is going out on overheat, due to all the water being blown out the expantion pipe(lack of water), then that would explain all the banging, does it only bang once all the water has been released, sounds like expansion vessel

tbh with u i have never heard of the make, maybe some of these guys have, also its gona depend on how old the boiler is, if it more than 10/15 years old you may struggle to get 1, hrpc would be a good place if u have 1 local

sorry wasnt reading right if there is never been any water come out the discharge pipe then the vessle is fine, depending on what valve it is, some of them u can remove the head, use a spanner to turn the valve to the open position, then at least u can see if the system works when the valve...

ok first thing is 1st, the pressure should never go up, this indicates the diaphramme in the expansion vessle is split, thats the big usualy round thing, that should be on top of the mega flow, when your boiler is on the pressure will rise, and when it get to a certian amount it will release...

sounds like although your motor is spinning, the pump is not pushing the water round, grondfos are the best ones to get put in, its got to be the pump or ever rad on the system is shut :wink:

if there is no spark, he really is looking at the fan or air pressure switch, when u switch it on do u hear the fan spinning but never to c a spark in the hole?

do u have a diverter valve on the system, usualy in the airing cupboard? if so then more than likley your problem is to do with that or air, check all air vens including any vents in the airing cupboard, make sure there is water in the whole system 1st

your boiler is quite uncommon so it may cost a little extra, arround ££20 £30
