We spoke to the neighbours who told us the previous tennant had a real hard time getting a new place because this land lord gave her a bad reference saying she was a trouble maker always making a big deal out of small things. Can you believe it?!

Just wondering if you guys think its worth reporting this engineer as he's obviously a cowboy. Also does anyone know what we can do now with regards to getting the landlord to send round a proper engineer to fix it

Tbh we just want to know if its dangerous. If it breaks down we will get him to fix it but we just want to be certain were not going to get gassed out
