    replacing wc siphon

If close coupled, I would also renew the donut washer to save leaks. Some times it's worth replacing the plate, bolts, and wing nuts as well. They always go rusty, wonder why?

    Corgi registration

The best advice I would give is to treat the inspector like a friend or college not the enemy he really is. Get him on your side, tea and chocolate biscuits. Works for me every time.

    Refresher CCN!

I think if you read the Corgi installer mag and keep up to date with whats going on there should be no need for reassessments. Why can't the Corgi inspector do this when he visits. What a joy that is. Nice bloke but another waste of a morning. I got the feeling that no one ever fails the...

What sort of motorised valve was it. If it was motor driven rather spring, or if it was one of those nasty blue/brown switchmaster valves, the wiring is total differnet. I have got wiring diagrams for these let me and I will give them to you. 8)

    Pumping over problem

The pump and motorised valve are new, so I don't reckon they could be at fault. All the rads and cylinder get hot so can't be a circulation problem. Most odd.

    Pumping over problem

It doesn't make any difference what speed the pump is on, even on 1 it still pumps over. What a nightmare, who would be a plumber!
