    Overbath shower screens / curtains

HI We had the same problem and decided to go with a big circular shower rail attached to the ceiling. They are very readily available (i think they even have one in argos!) Emma

    Catflap on Double Glazing

I had the same problem (being the 'wife' however) in the end I had another sealed unit made with the hole ready in it. It was done by a local glazier who then fitted it back into the frame. It was quite expensive (£150) but it was for the little cat.......

    What boiler chapter 2

Thanks so much for all the views. I think I'm going to start with the last piece of advice and have someone look at the water supply to the house. MCB and wires

Well I did the job at the weekend (and I do have an RDC!). Everything went well and I was reassured by the lovely people and B&Q that I was doing the right thing. Maybe I wont ever make it to sparky but at least I know what and RDC is now. Cheers, Emma

    MCB and wires

Thanks for the guidence. I think my unit does have and RDC (is that the big switch with On/Off). I'm not sure of the make but its black with catridges containing the wires. MCBs are the right thing to use on this arent they?
